House plans can be ordered by simply calling our office  (239)598-4001 (office hours 8am-5pm EST) or sending an email click here.  Please include your phone number in the email and a Greg Weber, Inc. representative will  contact you to complete your order.  Unless you are requesting modifications, your order will ship in 1 or 2 business days.  Shipping charges are as follows:

Ground:  $20

2nd Day Air:  $35

Overnight:  $40

ORDER POLICY

If you prefer not to order online, or if you have any questions, please contact us or call us at 1-239-333-4001 and we will be happy to help you with your order.  Please note that all sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges can be given once your order has been fulfilled or once we have begun to modify a plan to your specifications.  all orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days after confirming your order.  Please allow up to 10 day for ground shipping.  All plans are designed in accordance with applicable local codes in affect at the time of the creation of the designs.  The codes under which the plans were designed are those in force in the designer's local region.  The customer is responsible to ensure compliance with local building codes.  Local building jurisdictions may require Lateral Analysis or other engineering services.  These services are often best handled by those familiar with your local codes and requirements.  Only qualified personnel should undertake any revisions.  Greg Weber, Inc. assumes no liabilities for changes or modifications made to plans by others.

All construction plans ordered through Greg Weber, Inc. are provided as-is and GWI disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness of purpose.  Construction plans may not be returned for credit and/or refund under any circumstances.  Greg Weber, Inc. is not liable for incidental, special, consequential or indirect damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits, business opportunity or other economic loss arising out of the use of services or any construction plans received from Greg Weber, Inc. even if Greg Weber, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damage.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy, compliance with applicable statute or regulation, and fitness of purpose of any plans or construction information received from Greg Weber, Inc. prior to use thereof.  In the eveny any liability is imposed on Greg Weber, Inc., Greg Weber, Inc.'s liability to you or any third party shall not exceed the price paid for Greg Weber, Inc.'s product.

MODIFICATION PROCEDURES

All of our plans can be modified to reflect your personal taste and lifestyle.  To request a free quote, please send an email click here and a quote will be forwarded to you ASAP.  In your email, please include the plan number and a specific list of changes you are requesting.

Ready to buy?  Wondering what you will be included in your plan set?  When you order a construction set for a selected home design, the following documents will be included:

Drawn at 1/8" to 1/4" = 1'0" Scale and Includes:

   *  Material Labels

   *  Floor-To-Floor Heights

   *  Roof Slope Indicators

Drawn at 1/8" to 1/4" = 1'0" Scale and Includes:

   *  Door and Window Sizes

   *  Completely Dimensioned Floor Plan

   *  Room Labels and Interior Room Sizes

   *  Building Section Markers

   *  All Electrical Outlets, Fixtures and Switching

Drawn at 1/8" to 1/4" = 1'0" Scale and Includes: 

   *  Floor and Deck Joist Sizes, Spacing and Direction

   *  Rough-In Plumbing Location (if applicable)

   *  Mechanical Equipment Locations (if applicable)

   *  Electrical Locations (if applicable)

Drawn to 1/8" to 1/4" = 1'0" Scale and Includes:

   *  All Beam and Header Heights and Locations

   *  All Hips, Gables, Ridges and Valleys

   *  Building Section Markers

Drawn to 1/8" to 1/4" = 1'0" Scale and Includes:

   *  Floor Joist Size and Spacing

   *  Floor-To-Floor Heights

   *  Non-Typical Plate Heights Indicated

Drawn at 1/8" to 1/2" = 1'0" Scale and Includes:

   *  All Labels Indicating Wall Construction

   *  Foundation Wall Thickness and Reinforcing

   *  Insulation Type and Thickness

   *  Miscellaneous General Notes

   *  Stairway Details (if applicable)

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Structural drawings, as well as heating and plumbing details, will not be included in your plan sets due to a variety of factors which include local codes, installation methods, personal preference, etc.  Your building professional (contractor/builder/supplier) can, without difficulty, supply these details and specifications on your behalf.
