COPYRIGHT STATEMENT

All Greg Weber, Inc. Custom Home Designs designs are protected by U.S. Federal Copyright Laws.  A license agreement is required.  Those built without a license agreement infringe the copyright and are punishable in Federal Court by fines of up to $100,000 per violation.  It is not permitted to copy any part of the original design to create another design, claim copyright on changes made (if applicable), give a plan to another for construction purposes or sell the plan.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Rest assured, any personal information you provide through Greg Weber, Inc. will never be used without your consent and will be held in strict confidence.  The information we automatically collect is for the purposes of Greg Weber, Inc. only.  The information we collect enables Greg Weber, Inc. to satisfy our visitors' preferences.

ORDER POLICY

If you prefer not to order online, or if you have any questions, please contact us or call us at 1-239-333-4001 and we will be happy to help you with your order.  Please note that all sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges can be given once your order has been fulfilled or once we have begun to modify a plan to your specifications.  all orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days after confirming your order.  Please allow up to 10 day for ground shipping.  All plans are designed in accordance with applicable local codes in affect at the time of the creation of the designs.  The codes under which the plans were designed are those in force in the designer's local region.  The customer is responsible to ensure compliance with local building codes.  Local building jurisdictions may require Lateral Analysis or other engineering services.  These services are often best handled by those familiar with your local codes and requirements.  Only qualified personnel should undertake any revisions.  Greg Weber, Inc. assumes no liabilities for changes or modifications made to plans by others.

All construction plans ordered through Greg Weber, Inc. are provided as-is and GWI disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness of purpose.  Construction plans may not be returned for credit and/or refund under any circumstances.  Greg Weber, Inc. is not liable for incidental, special, consequential or indirect damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits, business opportunity or other economic loss arising out of the use of services or any construction plans received from Greg Weber, Inc. even if Greg Weber, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damage.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy, compliance with applicable statute or regulation, and fitness of purpose of any plans or construction information received from Greg Weber, Inc. prior to use thereof.  In the eveny any liability is imposed on Greg Weber, Inc., Greg Weber, Inc.'s liability to you or any third party shall not exceed the price paid for Greg Weber, Inc.'s product.
